1. Definitions and Scope

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between twc88 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("User", "you") who registers or uses any service provided through the twc88 website.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the twc88 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identity card, an active mobile number and a valid email address. twc88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents such as a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or bank statement at any stage.

An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal is approved or when compliance requirements arise. Full cooperation from the user is necessary throughout this process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

twc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately once transaction confirmation is received.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method chosen and the time of request. twc88 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal until identity verification or bonus wagering requirements have been completed.

All transactions must use a payment method registered in the same user's name. Using a third party's account for deposits or withdrawals is prohibited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

twc88 offers various types of bonuses to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and rules:

Welcome Bonus: A 100% welcome bonus up to RM500 is given on the first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your account balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Second example: A deposit of RM1,200 gives a maximum bonus of RM500 with a total balance of RM1,700, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

All other promotional offers such as cashback, referral bonuses or VIP programmes are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. twc88 reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time.

Abusing the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts or using automated software to meet wagering requirements, is a serious breach that may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.

6. Game Rules

twc88 offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports and crash games. Each game category is subject to specific rules available on the relevant page.

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), or by live dealers in the case of live casino games. twc88 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are final.

7. Account Security and User Responsibilities

• Violent behaviour, threats or abuse directed at support staff.

twc88 reserves the right to hold and forfeit balances in accounts involved in fraudulent activity or breaches of these terms pending an internal investigation. twc88's decision in such matters is final.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or waived, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal according to the usual procedure.

twc88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of terms, suspected fraud, legal compliance requirements or instructions from a relevant authority.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to twc88's inactivity policy. Users will be contacted before any action is taken on an inactive account.

10. Limitation of Liability
